The Care Net Team
Director, Client Care
Vernicia Eure joined the Care Net team in 2013. She serves as the Director of Client Care, primarily responsible for providing leadership, guidance and training to the Pregnancy Decision Line coaches.
Vernicia has been in the pregnancy center movement for nine years. She began as a volunteer advocate at the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater (CPC) in the South Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Just fresh out of volunteer training, Vernicia was hired as the Center Manager of the Keim Center of Norfolk; one of that CPC’s branch centers. In 2008, she was promoted to Director of Client Services, supervising the managers of The Keim Centers’ four locations. Ensuring excellence in client services and daily operations, Vernicia led several quality improvement initiatives at these centers. These included transitioning two locations to providing medical services and providing crucial leadership in-planning, implementing and training for the Keim Centers’ Continuous Quality Improvement process and voluntary compliance with applicable HIPAA requirements. Vernicia was also considered the “face of CPC” in the community. She was frequently asked to represent the CPC in a variety of speaking engagements, including opportunities for television and radio interviews in order to promote The Keim Centers.
Vernicia obtained her B.A. in Administrative Systems Management at Norfolk State University and her Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling from Regent University. Thereafter, she received additional training and became a Certified Traumatologist through the Green Cross School of Traumatology and Regent University. With this training, Vernicia has had the opportunity to serve as a presenter, trainer, and counselor in South Africa, Haiti and Nicaragua.
Vernicia acknowledges that only by the power of having a relationship with Almighty God, could she have accomplished these things. Therefore, she gives Him all the praise for allowing her to work for His Kingdom according to His plans. Some of the most influential Bible verses in her life are Proverbs 3:5&6, Philippians 4:6 and Psalm 84:11.Back to the Care Net Team
